SR² Ventures

Founder and Managing Partner of a personal investment and advisory practice focused on artificial intelligence.

Scale AI

Built and led technical account management and program management for generative AI, working with frontier AI labs and researchers on human-data programs for model development. At Scale AI, Adam helped develop a four-week onboarding framework that moved new team members from company and role context to account knowledge and independent work.

Earlier work & ventures

Before Scale AI, Adam worked in strategy, operations, and consulting at NetApp, Howard Hughes Holdings, and KPMG. His earlier ventures include Higea Technologies, whose oil-spill recovery work earned the $10,000 Parsons Innovation Award in 2015, and USC teams in the Hult Prize competitions in Shanghai and Dubai. In 2011, Adam received a team honorable mention in Senior Environmental Science at the California State Science Fair for a project on magnetic oil recovery.

Education

B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, University of Southern California. Adam grew up in Los Gatos, California, and attended Purdue University before transferring to USC.
